Stock speaker size

I really don't feel like pulling my door panel until after I get the speakers. Does anyone know the stock speaker size of the door speakers? I believe they are 4". I plan on upgrading them, along with my blown dash speakers (4x6) iirc.


Also, don't we have a stock amp for the door speakers? Where is that located.

4X6 in the doors and dash.  I am not sure there is an external amp.  Maybe the 89, since they had the switch on the door.  But if there's one on 90's, I've never seen it.  It would have to be in the dash.

Oh, I figured there was an amp and they just got rid of the switch in the 90 model. Thanks.

If there is one, it's under the dash somewhere.  I replaced all my speakers with Infinity Kappas and put an Alpine head unit in it.  Sounded great.
