Got my engine degreased yesterday. I shined it up a little too.

Looks better, wonder why your intake plenum isn't painted where it says 3.1 Intercooled Turbo?????

Take a real close look at the before pic Waskie. Look at the front half of the plenum. Does it look a little different that the back half? I started cleaning it up in preperation for new paint. The old paint around the 3.1 int. turbo was wearing off.

my engine looks like the back of a baboons ass but then again thats what the prior owner was :cry:!   what did  you clean yours with?  i got scratches all in the paint also in the engine bay so i have to deal with that issue also.

I got mine done at a detail shop. He used some industrial strength citrus degreaser. Worked like a charm.
