Found cruise control problem when replacing master cylinder

I took the cruise unit out to get my master cylinder out, and found a rubber hose by the turbo comepletly charred up and craked open.  Where does this hose go to so I can replace it?  Is it a very hard job (don't forget I will have the master cylinder out so maybe it will be easier?)

If you are talking about the larger rubber hose that goes to the large port on the cruise servo, it goes inside the car to a switch above the brake pedal. Its a vacuum switch that will bleed off the pressure if the eletronics fail so it doesn' t get stuck at open throttle. I would get a connector and a new section of hose and splice it in. Replacing the hose completely probably isn't easy.

It's not seeing as how the hose is glued /sealed to the firewall connector as it passes through the firewall.
