GenIII Heads?

Gen III heads, What motor are the off of? 3100 SFI? and they bolt up to our cars?

I asked the same thing a couple of weeks ago.  GenIII are '94 and newer, but you don't want the '96 and newer though because they have roller rockers and you have to notch the intake manifold I think.  I got a set of GenIII heads from my friends uncle and they are some sweet heads, but I haven't decided whether I'm going to use them or not as modification to the intake port is needed for them to match the GenII lower intake.  It doesn't sound too bad, but I haven't tried to see how far off the ports are.
