Let me know what you think!
Now I really get to play. I have the Jeff M TopGun chip, 160 t-stat, K&N cone filter, FFP dogbones and pulley ALL sitting at home waiting to be installed!!!
But first it really needs a tune-up. It's misfiring at high rpm's. What plugs and wires are the best for TGP's??
Looks Sweet!
I would run stock Delco plugs and wires. GM DIS systems are allready awsome to start with no need to upgrade (no gains out of it). I would also "DE-FIN" the A/C Condenser infront of the Intercooler. that is a great mod.

Aaaahhhhh, don't you just love the smell of fresh paint. Let's see the backside of it!
I like it.
The only thing I would have Probably done different is insted ofthe 70's/80's GT stripe I would have gone with the double 60's Style Stripe like on a Viper or Cobra....
I seen a Red 89 With the two stripes in Gold looked nice except they even put the Stripes on the SunRoof.
Very nice. Are those brand new lights?
Yup, the whole front end is new.
NICE! I would like to see pics of the rear also if you got 'em.
How much did all the parts cost for the front end?
Loookaaan good. There's only one color I think cars shouldn't be painted and thats pink. That color you have is fine and cool for a girl
but a guy might get razzed a lot for it. The black stripe shows attitude.
There are probably TGP's out there that are painted special colors, but your's is one of the very few I have seen.
Cool!
nice, how much did that run ya? or did u and the painter have some fun in the back? lol jk

I think most of it was already painted when she got it. She just had to replace the front end. I remember seeing this car on Ebay before she bought it. :D
Very funny! With all the bodywork that needed to be done, like straightening the hood, fixing the ripples and dents, and also the right fender was messed up and then the paint...it ran me just over $3 grand.
Yeah and then I found out that it had a cracked head and blown head gasket...so there went another $2 grand. I really hope I'm done with the repairs so I can have fun!!!!
I would have never thought Purple would be a good color on any car...let alone a TGP, but your car looks really really nice!!! Does the Black go all the way over the car or just the hood?
Please Please take some more pics all the way around outside under the glimmering moon and the sparkling stars!! Ohhhhh sorry was remembering what it was like to have a shiney TGP!  Sorry I will pull myself together!! 8)
The black is just on the hood. It's supposed to be a 1970's racing stripe...since the color is 1970 Challenger Plum Crazy. It was like that when I bought the car, it grew on me so I had the painter re-do it. I definitely gotta take pics of the car in the sun....it looks SO much better. I'll do that as soon as I get it back!!!
