I have 215/60R/16's all around my speedo it off by 10mph it's been this way since I got it. I thought they were the stock size but after reading other posts I see they're bigger. I have the stock white STE rims what size tires will bring the speedo back to norm? and how wide can I go?
I have to replace them it the next few weeks fronts are almost bald
I have an addiction to squeeling them

IMO, go with the stock 245/50ZR16's. BUT, there is no way that those tires are causing the 10 Mph difference in your speedometer. Go to this website and compare tire sizes http://www.sgmotorsports.com/tiresize.htm I put in the numbers and on stock size tires at say 50 mph there is only 1 mph difference with the tire size you currently have. Meaning that with the same throttle position on your tires you should be going 49 Mph. I hope that made sense. How far are your HUD and speedometer apart?
I have a ste turbo I looked at discount tire direct.com and I'm running the stock size for a STE but you can select turbo cp/sdn I think I have the STE wheels which meens I can only go to 225/60r/16's which is fine for now.
235/55/16's is almost an exact match for diameter as your stock 215/60/16's. This is an excellent size with beefy width but will fill the gap between fender and tire. Available at tirerack, etc. With these your speedo should read right on exact.
I have the ugly white rims right now theres about a 1/2 inch or space between the tire and the strut. will the 235/50/16's fit?
should I get spacers?
The ones I stated are 55 series (235/55/16). They should fit from what iv'e read. No spacers should be needed. If you end up needing spacers, I have some I used b4 to get camaro wheels to fit on my El Camino.
