I took my oil return hose off this weekend, and there appears to be no obstructions in it. That leads me to believe that the seals in the turbo are leaking  So my next question is where can I get a good rebuild kit for the T-25? All I really need are the seals and bearings. I don't want to spend a fortune rebuilding this now just so I can have it rebuilt into a hybrid later. Any info is much appreciated. Thanks! :D

might wanna email the guy that owns/runs this site http://www.cherryturbos.com/ , the Volvo crowd swears by him 8) and he's supposedly really reasonable on prices too. Also, you're aware that it's "recommended" to have a turbo balanced when rebuilt so that it won't die prematurely....although you probably know this already! If you rebuild it yourself, I'd say search around(maybe ebay?) for a T-25 rebuild kit( the T3 ones are usually $70 -$100) and then have a machine shop or possibly a diesel repair shop balance it for you and then slap it back on the TGP. HTH!! sorry I couldn't provide you w/ any specific info, I'm currently researching my options w/ my T3 which needs a rebuild.
Yup..I'm aware of the balancing issue. Everything should be marked before it is removed. My dad knows a great deal about it...he used to be a mechanic. He'll make sure I don't screw anything up. :D I'm not worried about the life of the turbo, as I don't drive the car often, and it is going in to a place in Cali early next year for a hybrid rebuild.
