I emailed him and asked him how he came to the conclusion that the turbo had to be replaced, and he replied
"The car stalls out when idleing....The turbo must be replaced in order for it to drive perfectly...thanks"

In my experience, the car stalling at idle could be a million things. How does the stalling automatically mean the turbo is bad?

just my .02

If it's been on ebay before why hasn't it sold yet? Does he want to much?
