Title: Master cylinder/system bleeding
Post by: TGPRobNY on July 11, 2003, 08:53:12 AM
Hi Chris     Nice advice and clear procedures on your site regarding the master. The installation went well, however the bleeding is not quite right.  The larger reservoir (close to the firewall)  gets milky, indicating air. Have you experienced this and what was you're remedy? Thanks

Thanks!

You need to let it rest. The rear resivour (sp) gets milky becuase the booster system returns to the rear resv. So when you bleed, its consantly churning the fluid and it will stir it up. Its possible to turn the fluid milky by pumping the pedal a few times on a perfectly bled system.
