Title: door trim carpet
Post by: maddux31 on July 12, 2003, 05:07:17 PM
has anyone ever had their carpet start coming unglued from the interior of the doors?  How can you remove and reglue it, what kind of adhesive does anybody recommend?  My car is a texas car and i think the texas heat had a lot to do with it before i bought it.

This seems to be fairly common. I would just try to reglue the undone portions. I use 3M Super Trim Adhesive and it works really well.

R/T Spray adhesive. I use it to do carpet/vinyl on custom boxes and interiors. This stuff sticks and never lets go! About $8 a can though.
