Title: My father's "new" car
Post by: mfewtrail on August 08, 2003, 12:20:20 PM
Some pics of the TGP my father bought from "RickYoung" on the board here  (sidenote: I plan to buy it from him later if he will sell it to me :D )...only 68K on the car and in very nice condition w/ a few mods already(Topgun 160chip, conical filter air intake, 160 t-stat, high flow cat, no mufflers- and a resonator on to keep drone down).

btw, I have some up-close motor shots(about 1600 x 1200 pixels) if any of you happen to need/want a huge TGP engine pic for some reason? if so, just tell me here and I'll email it/them to you.

BTW, I have other gp/w-body related pics here http://photo.starblvd.net/mfewtrail

Very nice. How much? This is the kind of cars we need to keep in the family and watch their value go up (i'm not gonna get on my soap box, but its still my campaign)

"feel free to use/save any pictures from my hosting site"

Don't have to say that twice! Excellent photography and a beautiful car!

thanks for the comments from you and kadoi, Chris, I have some very large/detailed TGP engine pics that I took(those were resized, also have the same pics in larger form that I could email to you later or something....the car was actually "dirty" in those pics although you can't tell, I cleaned it up real good and I'm going to get some better clean pics of it soon

What color is the interior? If it's grey, can I get some pics?

it's the camel/tan(or whatever it's called" cloth, not the gray leather :) , but still nice

Nice TGP.

I'd like to get a black one someday   even though black cars are a pain in the ass to take care of!

The black one near me has grey leather. My red one has grey cloth. Does anyone have grey cloth other than me. I swear everyone has the tan color.

Mine has grey cloth that was switched from a red TGP.  I am probably going back to the tan if it's not too much trouble.
Then I can badge it Black N' Tan

it came with the car and it's a Ractive intake IIRC, we have the receipt for the intake that probably has the part # on it which I can get for you later if need be, whenever I get the car for myself, I'm probably going to route the intake to the fenderwell or something for cooler air although open filter intakes in the engine bay aren't too bad if you haven't been sitting in traffic or whatnot for a great deal of time.

ya if you can, please hook it up with the part # if it is not too much trouble... i'm looking for a decent "looking" intake system.  Or if you make a new one, sell me yours!

Damn, My Garage is Naked! Bring my car back...I'll pay you double.

Matt, I'm glad you guys got the car. I would never have sold it to a non GP person. Dave from Ga. Club GP, said you guys would baby it like I have. I trusted him, so the car was never offered to anyone else.

Take care of it and enjoy. You'll have a hard time ever finding one in that condition.
