What are some good lowering sprigs made for tha TGP...
I would like to lower my car, atleast 3 inches...
3 inches, holy crap, you're gonna high center that thing on a pebble going that low. TGP's are already kinda low.

Thats much drop you're gonna need a torch.
you can order "suspension techniques" lowering springs for the front from JcWhitney and a few other places, they're listed for 95-97 monte carlos http://www.jcwhitney.com/item.jhtml?ITEMID=99174 some people have had them drop the front around 2'' or so..personally, I would leave a TGP where it stands stock, you'll most likely need a new front fascia(if not already) if you lower the car :wink:
EDIT: btw, the rear of the car utilizes a transverse rear leaf spring, check out the www.w-body.com/forum and search for "rear leaf" or something to do w/ leaf spring and you'll find a post/info about ordering a new transverse/mono-leaf that lowers the rear ~2inches if I'm remembering right...good luck!

There is a guy in Vermont who dropped his STE 3+ inches. He re configured 80% + of the suspension

A 3" drop on a TGP would never work. Our stock tires are way too wide and WILL rub on the fender flare. I had the Suspension Technique front springs and my tires rubbed the fender flares like crazy. Looked sweet as hell though.
The only way you could achieve a 3" drop would be to get an air bag set-up.
i'm betting you'd rub like crazy dropping it 3" with the stock tire size. i'm sure you could do 3" with front & rear coilovers and the right size tire tho. i have no idea what that would do to ride quality or alignment tho - i'm guessing it wouldn't be good. i have adjustable TDC coilovers on the back of my car and i can set the rear of the car literally on the ground if i want to or raise it about 2" above stock. it probably takes about 15 minutes to pull the rear wheels off and adjust them. i have Eibach front 1.5" lowering springs on the front but i wish the car sat another 1" lower in front so i could adjust the rear coilovers to get the car even lower and keep the stance level. i have a set of low-mile FUX code front springs from a '96 Cutlass and have been wanting to chop a half coil off the bottom of each and then throw 'em in and see what happens. otherwise both Held Motorsports and FFP carry front & rear coilovers for our cars. btw, i'm planning on using 225/55-16's mounted on my 16x8 TGP crosslace wheels as 245/50's would probably just be too wide. basically i think 3" might be kind of excessive but you can definately get lower - but you'll have to go to a tire that's narrower, but close to the same height so your speedo won't be way off.
