what is the difference between the turbo grand prix and the STE grand prix and which is better
the Turbo STE(TSTE..1990 model only)) and the TGP(two door Turbo Grand Prix, 89-90 only)? If so, the difference is the Turbo STE is a four door model Prix', same engine..BYP style four door kit..basically not a whole lot of difference between them besides the exterior looks and different interior pieces. If you mean the plain STE's(91+) then they are not turbocharged, they come w/ the 3.4 DOHC and can be optioned to have pretty much anything any other Prix' has/had.
the STE backseat holds 3, the two door TGP has bucket back seats, so car can only haul 4. THE turbo STE has an anoying beep associated with the ABS the the 2 doors don't have, from what i have seen on post.

Yes, but a buddy of mine took care of that in my TSTE by unplugging the ABS computer under the front passenger seat. Hey, it's not working anyways, so why not? PRESTO! No more beep! :D
I think if you just clip the white wire it will stop.
Mechanically they're the same. Differences: different seats, wheels, headlights, taillights, and body kit. STE's did not come with a hud usually.

Or you can just take out the fuse under the hood. It only takes like 10 seconds. Thats what I did.

Yup, that's another viable option. Both take about the same amount of time. My buddy just got out of the seat, looked at the ABS computer underneath, and pulled the plug on it. The comatose ABS is now officially dead.
It must be harder to get to on a TGP its in a black box.
