Title: xmods car
Post by: tyroelite on January 05, 2004, 09:58:08 AM
Does anyone have an xmods car and a tgp model? I'm thinking of making a new body for the xmods car and using the shell of a tgp model. Could anyone test the size relationship?

I'm glad someone asked that question.  I thought I was going to be the only one who didn't know.  Yeah, what is it?

its a small remote control car from radio shack that comes as a few different body styles like supra, integra, skyline etc.  When you buy the car you can then buy different upgrades for the car like different motors, different wheels, better suspension (from eibach) different drive shafts, AWD conversion kits, even a light kit that has LED's for headlights and actual working brake lights, etc.  Here's the link: http://www.xmodsrc.com  They are pretty fun to play with and it'd just be pretty dam cool to have a RC TGP for shows and such.

I myself only play with the big ones.     Can't afford to play with both. You should be able to find Revell modle kits on ebay for around 15 to 20.
