Umm, nice to see more efforts being made for us USA guys (non-fart tips   ).  I assume your friend showed you a link, not the unit?  For $800 its not as expensive as others, not sure what "some GM computers" might end up covering, everyone can hope theirs is included!  Must be pretty new to not at least have an interface screen shot on their web site, but too many times manufactures rush to get things out before anyone else or just to see what the response will be, long before they are really ready (I think I am hearing ?back-ordered till 6-04?), though a little marketing research (common sense really) would tell them.  It still all boils down to knowing what tuning is to the engine, and having good readings to use like a dyno and Wide-Band o2 (don?t see an interface for that yet).

Cool 8)

These Haltechs are insane! We've used other versions on other cars. Jeff, they do have interface screen shots on the website somewhere. The Haltech ECM is built for a LOT of different makes and models, and they all use a generic interface program. I have a few screen shots on disc somewhere of the Haltech screen shots from a Honda Prelude we did somewhere. The interface is GREAT! Hopefully they have one for the W-body.
