There is a mystery part listed on Ebay that is very often needed for our cars. I am just giving a heads up to get to searching Ebay since there is less than 2 days left on the auction. The way you will know you have found this mystery part is if you see the "location" is "Mainland US".
The reason I don't just tell you what it is someone on here may already have found it and wouldn't appreciate the competition from someone who hasn't done the search labor/dedication on there own. Only chime in if you have found the "location", "Mainland US", but don't give it away. If no one else buys it I probably will (although I don't need it).
LOL how about that.
Saw that a while ago, and do plan on bidding.
*Edit: Chris, you'd know better than anyone. Can you tell if that's the proper one for our cars for certain?
Good luck, it looks like the right one to me.
ew i'm glad i don't need that :)

FO' SURE it IS!
WTF is it? I searched for turbo grand prix and no parts came up.
I searched for an hour and didn't find this mystery part. Come on, someone share! This is driving me nuts.
Not everything for our cars is listed under Turbo Grand Prix. I ran into it by freak accident. End of last week, I thought to myself "saaaaay, I wonder if it would be on eBay....", and there it was. You guys will find out very shortly, here.

Same here, I looked for an hour last night and came up wth nothing.
QuoteChris, you'd know better than anyone.
That's what gave it away for me.
Yeah, I've been on the forums for a while.

Yeah, I've been on the forums for a while.
geez... why didn't i notice that before... lol.. that sure made it easier to find. Is it confirmed that is the correct one?

Yeah, I've been on the forums for a while.
??? I thought there were quite a
few things Chris new very well about the TGPs? I wouldn't have thought that as a "give away"....
....Now GIVE ME THOSE RIMS! :P

It sounds that way. Guess I'll find out for sure.
I looked through 66 Pages of "Grand Prix" in the description and I coulden't find anything..... Now my back hurts! THANKS A LOT GUYS!! LOL :drinking:
So what the hell is it?
I know what it is now.
I don't need it either, it was already replaced by the previous owner, and is holding up rather well.
yup , I found it, one thing, the part number he has is not the right one, it has a few more digits to it, but it is the right part. I wont be bidding on it, i have a hookup at the gm dealer.
Thats not the GM number its the AC Delco one. And it is RIGHT.
what.... no bids???? Hmm.....
I need one like I need to stick my hand in a running garbage disposer.
Oh... I just noticed something I may have already noticed :?: . Dotcutnup is from MD.....
Yeah, its late.
As a policy, I never bid until there's under a minute left. Why needlessly drive up the price days in advance?
I spent another 45 minutes looking last night and didn't find a thing. I used every possible search term I could think of and nothing. I personally think it's BS that no one is posting the link. I've put my time in and didn't have the luck of finding it. I'm know there are others that are just like me. What if this is a part that someone really needs? Someone post the link!
After 15 minutes of searching EBay last night I found it. I don't need it either. Also it says that it is the AC Delco part. To help the guys that can't find it don't just search under grand prix or turbo grand prix and your bound to find it. It only took me 15 minutes and when you see it it will just pop out at you and go oh yeah. It's about 4 or 5 pages in under the search I did. Remember think a little broader than just grand prix.

I'm not posting the link just satisfying everyones curiosity.
i did a search for 'grand prix mainland' and it came up. i had to search titles and descriptions tho.

its the First Thing listed if you Search AC-Delco
at lease it was the other day when this mystery began.....
This is why I hate not being able to be there right when the auction ends. No one had bid on it when I bid at dinner break last night. I put my proxy bid in of $81.87 (opening bid was $50), but I had to head back to work with 13 minutes still left. Someone just kept bidding and bidding in the last few minutes, and finally passed my bid at $82.87. Had I been at the computer the entire time, my bid wouldn't have gone in until there was literally only 10 seconds or less left. No one else bid, so I would have had it at $55, or whatever his first bid was. DAMN! I coulda' used that. :( How much is the Prior one?
Prior one is $100. I don't think you would have got it at $55, cause the other person was going to bid anyway.

Yes, but he only bid that much to out bid
me. His first attempt was at $55. Had he put that in, I would have won it at $56 with my proxy bid of $82. He literally bid 3 times or so trying to out bid me, and he was the
only one other than me bidding. He wouldn't have had the chance if I put my bid in with less than 10 seconds left. Oh well, what are ya' gonna do? Win some, lose one.
I get what you're saying. I won my wheels with 7 seconds left, that was my second bid, the first one was with 1 minute left. I have the prior one on my car, seems to be ok. It's only $100 but I got it from someone here so I saved a bit. Good luck.
