I am curious on what you guys are planning to do within the next few months, mod wise. Myself, I am doing a bov, underdrive pulley, and 2 pillar pod.
I plan on doing a downpipe back 3" exhaust sometime before the 60degreev6 meet(July 30th).
Well, my motor is getting rebuilt. Installing a larger cam, maybe larger inj., the turbo is getting rebuilt and the front housing machined to fit a larger compressor wheel, 5-speed, and hopefully 3" exhaust from turbo to tips.
Oh, and it's going in my 89 SE.
Custom DP, FMIC, AEM EMS(universal system, lots of tuning capability), and full 3' exhaust.
Complete 3" exhaust, T04B or 16G turbo, FFP motor mounts and underdrive pulley, front mount intercooler. GoodYear Eagle HP's.
Mount my front mount intercooler, mount my new wheels and tires, and install race seats. Then possibly a ramair hood scoop and a spoiler if funds permit.
fix front bumper/fender, sell the car, get a Grand National.
OMG,I would kill for a GN.
i'm in the middle of a TGP engine rebuild right now.

My biggest mod is getting a legal plate on the back of the car, followed by 25-30hp brake pedal switch, a 170 horse steering column (THANKS DAVIS), another 60 horse per 1/2 shaft if ive got any money left, 15 horse for rewiring the engine harness, 80+ if i take the crappy interior out or 25 if I patch it. oil change for another 8 horse (synthetic of course), 17 horse O-ring repair, 61 horse for having the broken TGP rim fixed, 122 horse from new/functional brake calipers.
And yes, those are exact numbers. all these mods and then some....If i get a job lol

Sunshine is on the block right now getting 24# Accel injectors, custom rail mounts, FFP mounts and a pulley. When the injectors get done I'll take it to the strip and make a nights worth of passes, then bring it back to tweak a bit and add the rest. After it all gets done (the end of this season I suspect) I will tear it down over the winter and get a SPEC clutch and AL flywheel, LSD (undecided which one) then do the build I described in the perf. section.
The auto is going to get a tuneup, a set of 40 seriers flowmasters, and just get all the bugs worked out of it. After that I will leave it alone. Black Sunshine is my fast car, but the auto WILL be in the 14's before I leave it alone.
My future mods are as follows:
WHATEVER IT TAKES TO RUN 13's!!![/u][/i]
Seriously though this is what I am planning on:
Topgun 160 Chip & 160 T-stat
FFP Underdrive Crank Pulley
Stock 5 spoke GP wheels (should be significantly lighter)
3100 Topend Swap
Ported Exhaust Manifolds
Larger Injectors
Mild Cam
Roller Rockers
possibly a fairly larger front mount intercooler

I would look for a different wheel. the stock 5 spokes are only 16"x6.5". you will loose 1.5" width. i would find a light weight aftermarket wheel to replace them if anything.

I believe he's talking about the TSTE, so he wouldn't be loosing any width on the wheels. I plan on doing the same with my TSTE.
*eyes up no1kicker's wheels again*
One of these days....when you ain't lookin'....J/K :P
Guess I'll have to lock the wheels good. 8) The 5 spokes are 16x7 compared to the STE's 16x6.5

My bad. I thought they where 8" wide stock.

Nope, they are 6.5, so like was said I will be gaining .5". But on the coupes they are 8".

Near future mods(various ones, not just performance related):
-Better tires(not sure what I'll be getting)
-Dual dual 3'' outlet round/straigh cut stainless exhaust tips
-Intercooler sprayer(building myself)
-Spoiler...adding a stock style spoiler
These are the things I'm planning on adding really soon. I have a whole lot more planned for the TGP if I can get to it this year including having the heads ported, cam, etc....
