i just got done with my after market boost gauge and when i floor it, the gauge only goes up to like 6psi :cry: or a little more could this be right??
Sounds about right to me. Stock boost is about 7.69 at WOT and 5600rpm. You should see it between 6 and 7 if you don't dog it. You could check your PCV valve if its stuck open. I put a brake booster one way valve on my PCV. Check your hoses. Even Cat converter. BUt im sure its fine.
When my car was stock, all I ever saw was 6psi boost. I put a boost controller on it and got it up toi 8psi, but without that it was 6. With my chip I only see 10psi now. I wouldn't worry about it too much.
