White chunks of frozen rain (golfball size) + TGP in driveway = New paint job... AGAIN!
It wasn't pretty.. nor did it sound pretty. It just happened an hour ago or so. The hood looks like it took the brunt of the damage, while the rest of the car looks alright. A few dents on the top and the trunk, but nothing anywhere near as bad as the ol' Lumina got a few years back.
It took a toll on the vinyl top of the Samurai too..

I got a few Mpeg movies with the digital camera during the storm.. Nevermind the babbling I am doing in the video, I was on the phone at the time. (Videos are about 5mb each)
Video of hail hitting the car:

More pictures to come tomorrow when I clean it off and assess the damage some more.
I feel for ya man. My TGP got nailed twice in 2 weeks, and flooded to the middle of the doors both times as well. My whole car looks like it got into fight with a ball pein hammer and lost. Hood and trunk are shot, roof and quarters are going to take a lot of work, and the fenders are getting replaced anyhow.
Got some pictures.. The hood got the shit beat out of it, but the top and the trunk have only a couple of dents.

Ouch!!!!!!!! I have a solution for ya bro, you need to move out here to LA. Everyone else and their mom already is, join the bandwagon. I think it has RAINED four times this year, other than that it's all sun baby. Not to mention beaches, hollywood, parks, orange county, ventura county....bring the TGP home!
Solution = Open garage door, insert TGP.
:bag:
So many times when big storms rolled through Colorado I would go out to the garage...move 15 (yes 15) motorcycles around in the garage so I could shoe-horn the TGP to protect her!! Now I have my own house with oversized two car...even my POS celica gets protected!!
My wife started to put things in the garage one day!! Told her if it didn't fit in the basement...it was going in the garbage! Nothing but cars, motorcycles, and tools belong in the garage!! 8)

  Oh wow, someone else that knows what a garage is meant for, good job :P Surely a car is more expensive/important than some boxes.... right??? :!: :!:
It just kinda sucks when you have to many cars for garage space to fit  I'm sure some folks now how that is to
I have a 5 car garage and a car port in the back yard. I still don't have room for my car... The garage has parts everywhere and all the car slots are filled with broke ass cars. The car port is infested with a huge heavy wood counter..
That sucks man. Our weather is unprodictable... Oh..its just rain...then WHAMO...WTF.
I thought my hail damage on my TGP was a factory option  :(
Luke - might I suggest that you take your loovers apart and paint the screen Glass black.....On my black car I painted them red...
