Congrats, hurry up w/ the pics! 8)  If the car was stored/sat for a while, you might want to do a good tune-up on it to get it running 100%.

If you're pissed because the car broke down you need to sell it.    I'd just look at this as a good time to install a Walbro 255 pump.    Take a good look at the tank while you're in there, I wouldn't be surprised if there's some sediment in there.  Good time to clean it out or replace it if it's in REALLY bad shape.  Maybe want to have it coated as a precaution anyhow.  MY first TGP had to be towed home (bought it that way) Second one made it 17 miles (not all the way home) before it took a shit.  Both were injectors.  Good luck, and in case you didn't already know it, they're well worth the work, and they DO make you work for their love.  Welcome aboard (officially)

No, its not the same as the N/A one. IIRC its from the Corvette of the same year.  The aftermarket one is cheaper and better though IIRC.

Yup same as a 90 Vetter.  And I don't know about cheaper, but the Walbro pump will support most any mod you'll ever throw at it.  And being only just over $100 shipped, not a bad bit of security.

thanks alot guys i think ill just look into the aftermaket walbro...another question what is the highest milage you can go before you need to replace the crossover usually...i don't think this one is damaged becuase while it ran it ran strong and its such a low milage car hasn't been driven in the last 2yrs though

You don't ever NEED to replace the crossover.  They go bad, from what I've heard, in 3-5k miles.  So if its the stock one, its bad.  However, both my STE and the TGP coupe have the stock crossovers on them, and they both run good, they just don't idle smooth, the Coupe especially.  The TGP coupe has 123k on it, so I think your fine.  However, you should replace the crossover so the car is in better running condition.  It will prevent the car from idling rough and surging at idle.
