My TGP is for sale for 400 buck with the Topgun 160 or 200 bucks without.
Problems:
Blown head gasket (I think) ----The car cranks and starts fine, but idles rough (like it has lost all compression in a cyl and white smoke pours out the back (water vapor I presume) There is no coolant in the oil. The engine does not knock whatsoever. See explanation below.

Tranny has had a few fresh rebuilds about six months on the most recent. The Trans shop receipt has the odometer reading when it went in and it has about 10000 miles on it (a little over 3000.00 spent on trans with receipts) but WILL NOT come out of second gear.
Performance Transmissions and Auto Repair[979-864-3280] (the people who screwed me on the tranny)gave me a one year 36000 transferable warranty (printed on receipt and brief description of it) but will not honor it <---the reason I am getting rid of it
I have every original piece to the car except the headliner and am considering parting out but I don't want to destroy a great automobile. I truly know the potential of these cars and I tuly worshipped mine before this hell I've been put through.
For a character reference the only one I have met personally on this board is SleeperRedTGP (Jud) and I don't know if he was pulling my chain or not, but I think he can vouch for how fast it was and still can be. It's a shame that a shop screwed me around so much I lost faith in something I truly loved
Explanation:
I had it parked at my parents house and my dad made me take it home, so I drove it in second gear about 10 miles at relatively high RPMs (4500-5000) and when I pulled in my driveway I noticed a cloud (I mean a CLOUD) of smoke behind me and it has sat ever since. Whether you keep the car, or not, I'd take them there, and sue for your money back. :shock: If they aren't qualified to do the job, they shouldn't be taking your money!! I hate incompetent f**cks like that!! Don't let
them make you loose interest of all people!!!
IF you decide to get rid of it for sure, and
IF no one takes the whole thing, I'd be very interested in the crossover pipe and chip. But I'll wait till this rides out, first. I'd rather see it saved since it's pretty much complete.
interested in Turbo, & HUD. (if no one takes the whole car)

Just replace your Oil Return Hose, running your RPM's that high for that far surely ruptured your stock hoses internals

Don't think he is selling the nitrous setup with the car, at least thats what he told me some time ago. To bad, with the juice that car really hauled ass. I would guess it was low low 14's.

Nope the nitrous isn't for sale, but the spray bar is, make me an offer I can't refuse. :D I am going to replace the oil line tomorrow and see what that does, so it may not be "officially" for sale yet, but it is for sale...uhh hopefully that makes sense.

Like I said, I really love my car, but have had hell lately with it. And ya'll aren't doing nothing but talking me into keeping it, but I think thats a good thing.

With a 5 speed and my msd dis-6 pulling 2 degrees and a 100 shot, maybe mid to high 13s.....??? :shock:
