What's with the stickers on the red one? That isn't an actual pace car is it?

it was a pace car for the porshe races at Brainerd International Raceway (BIR) I bought the car 6 years ago for a 75 year old lady.  She bought it from BIR and she had the stickers put on it.

What type of headlights are on the black TGP, glass or plastic? If they are glass, what condition are they in? And how much?

I believe they are glass I will run out to my storage garage tommorrow and check them and see what condition they are in
