Okay here is what happend.
I went on a Long Cruse with the Wife and Kid.
We started out by adding a tank ful of 91 non ox gas along with Seafoam Injector Cleaner.
and we went Rummage saleing and we on our way out of a town and I Figured hey why not go to see Lake Superior and so we took the 60 mile Drive from where we were. and that was about 100 Miles from home already. so no biggy a 160 mile Trip to the lake when normaly it would only be 75~90 Miles one way.
so we made it to Two Horbors Just Fine then went to Knife River to look at The Boats For sale. only one Nice one. then we Drove to Duluth to go to White castle and thats when it happend
A FLAT on the Interstate. I Drove about 1/2 Mile on it and made it to a parking lot The whole time Praying the Rim was not F@CKED well it wasnt thank god. but it was the Front tire. No biggy I took the back tire off and put that D@MN Dounut on the Rear.
okay so we go to White Castle because I wasnt going to let a Flat Ruin our Good time. and so after Dinner we Started Driving home and got about 15 miles from the Last Town on my way home and I heard a Rumbleing so I stoped and Sure SH!T a FLAT the D@MN temp went Flat. I figured out what happend is the bad Struts that I have been planing on Replacing Bounced enough to give the temp rim a bend and let all the air out. so I figured someone would have a cell phone so we started on our way at 8pm Idleing at 5 MPH on our way with a Flat temp in the middle of nowhere and no phone so we Drove made it about 1 1/2 hours and Finally some one Drives by and stops and had a Phone but guess what it was a NO SERVICE AREA so then I wrote a note and he called the inlaws and I made it another 2 hours at 5-10 MPH stoping to Check the tire and Put water on it to prevent over heating. and so after 3 and a half hours of Idiling. the Father inlaw made it to use we where 20 Miles from home we made it almost all the way. and we patched the old tire {nobody else in my family drives GM 5*115 rims.} and so we put a patch in and it still leaked at the Bead Grr but we where only 9 miles from a Gas station so we Drove at 50 MPH to the station bought some fix a Flat and it fixed it but there is a Bulge on the side of that tire about 1/4 the way around and sticks out about 2 inches.
any ways since then My car does not want to Run Right it Hesitates even more then before and I gave it 2 days to see if it Cleared up and it hasnt and with good Reason I think. I would not want to Run after Idiling for 3.5 hour and Running for the 8 hours Before that.
but I was getting 20.9 mpg at 5 mph LOL
so now I need a Plug and wire change but I cant Find delco non platnums and Good wires around here.
but could I have done any other damage on the car? you know long term? it didnt over heat or anything Im just worried that something else may have gone Wrong being it Runs like total A$$ now.
any feedback on this??
If you idled for an extended period of time with a heavy fuel injector cleaner, you probably have a plug or two that has gone to the way side with build up on the electrode. I would pull some plugs before you get too nervous about any major ailments with your car... 8)
Are you getting any codes? May want to check your Oxygen sensors also. If all else fails sell car to me :D , J/K still looking for that leather interior.

acctually had I known you wanted Leather I knew a place to get it from an STE but they where sold now.
and acctually if you go to Katzkin.com its about $500 for Leather. I know IM going to be doing that if I can get the wife to let me.
and if you want plain Leather from an STE when I go to do mine we could just change and I can have your Cloth converted to the Katzkin. who knows It will be next summer when I go to get that done.
I cleaned out my little Garage to be able to park her for the winter and I still have Crap to get Rid of so she will fit. Grr.....its never ending. 2 days of organization and Throwing things away Theres Still more where does this crap come from?? LOL anyways.
I think Im going to change the oil and park her untill Spring.

I think I'll keep my 57K flawless STE for now. (complete with newly modified rim via curb in Denver, Colorado).
I thought you were jumping ship and going the street rod route....
Still looking for factory leather & interior reflectors, thanks anyways Jeorge - want my STE 100% factory before it goes into storrage next year.

I'm going to RAPE THIS ONE. it has a bad carfax report it has been hit in the Front befor so im going to Rape it into the UTRA POWERFUL V6 Turbo car 410hp hopefully when its done.
and then the second STE I get Im going to make sure it has a Clean history I have found one but it has a lot of miles but its only on its second owner. so Im thinking of getting that and Restore it to origanal. but I would like to find that Burgandy STE with 8400 miles on it. & all the options. that was going to get Traded for $4300 by some old guy.
but I will settle for a high milage origanal one.
