So why is it when I start into open loop, 2.10 MAP load variable, that my "TARGET AFR" goes from 14.7 to 12.0. When I get up and around 3.8 volts (estimate) it dropes to 11.0 Target AFR?
Now I feel it flog down when it goes from 12.0 to a lower target AFR and wonder if there is somewhere in the chip to change the Target AFR? I do not see it in a manner of KPA compared to MAP or anything like that.

Kenny, look for the POWER ENRICHMENT AIR FUEL RATIO table.Remember this is not actual AFR but a target AFR the ecm shoots for. Later
Well would this setting cause my car to be running PIG rich on the dyno? It was off the scale rich as they said.
I know 11.2-12.0 is very rich, but if the car is burning the fuel because it is under load/boost would this be a proper setting or a "safe" fuel mixture by GM? Can I trim this down? Would it make a difference or does the ECM just dump fuel while unde boost?
Thanks again Adam!
What's with that table being called "Map Load Variable" anyways?...
The map sensor doesn't sense "load" is senses manifold pressure / vac. I say re-scale that value to something that makes sense (Kpa, or PSI would work)...
Yes you can adjust that table.I used that table with my wideband to dial in my AFR when in POWER ENRICHMENT mode.GM ran this thing stinkin rich for many reasons.Too rich=replace spark plugs.Too lean=replace engine is just one of them. Its a no brainer, turbo motors can self destruct a whole lot easier than a n/a motor.GM left a whole lot of room for improvement. At WOT I have an AFR of 12.8(wideband) with OVER 20 degrees of timeing all the way till 6000 rpm with 12.5 psi of boost .My TGP has grown a set of BALLS since I've started messin with the code.Make small changes, record data and you'll be allrite. 8) Later
