Title: 90 TGP on Ebay
Post by: TGPilot on March 08, 2006, 01:22:21 PM
Saw this and I may have interest in it. Looks together enough to use as the show car I want to do. Anyone up in that area that can go have a looky see for me?

Anyone else notice in the pictures that the sunroof looks like it has front hinge pins through the glass?? I sent the guy an email asking if it is factory or aftermarket. Hopefully he will honor my request for pictures of it. 8)

looks to be in pretty nice shape.  Wonder what the reserve is though.  Paint looks good, tires look damn near new.  Why aren't there more black/grey leather. :motz2:

Isn't that just a 91-96 GTP spoiler? I have not paid too much attention to them...but I think that is all it is... 8)

The paints pretty orange fadded and the exhuast pipes are crooked...oh and the rare CD, does it say anywhere that it works?

And Shut up and grow up dude, sheesh, i never specificly said that anyway, Alls i said was that it could cause the trans to run hotter that could decrease the trans life, wich on my car just 15 minutes on the highway makes my trans fluid burning hot, and I got that info from Jeff M, i did not make  it up, jeff M told me They arnt good for the transmission/cooling system

Jeff M told me when i had my first TGP with no lower Valence that it can lead to engine overheating due to the lack of deflected air towards the RAD.

nothing about the Automatic trans suffering.

i say the trans part is :bs:

ya my car hasnt overheated once and iv run the bastard hard in the summer and it stayed right below 200 degrees. Even a 1200 mile interstate trip up hills and on freewaysa t 90 mph for hours at a time in the mid summer at 100+ degree weather, it never once edged the temp above 200 degrees

Ok...back on subject here.

QuoteI guess I should have looked a bit more. It is an aftermarket sunroof. The hold down clamp is wired shut. So it will take a little work to get the sunroof to operate correctly. Please note that it does not show any leaks. THANKS
