okay, here's what I know.

the rms is the power the speaker can handle.

the hz is hertz or the frequency it can respond to... 130hz=pretty low, 21000hz= pretty high.... 262hz=middle c on a piano

and db is decibel or the loudness.  one decibel is considered to be the smalles difference beteen two sounds that the human ear can discern

now as far as which one will be the best, i'm affraid that will basically be up to you.  A lot will depend on if you are going to amp your highs or if you are just going to wire them up to the stock wiring... are you going to run a crossover at all, that sort of thing.  But basically, check what the power is on your head unit and find the speakers that will manage well witht that... then decide if you want a speaker that can perform well as an all around mid or more on the high side maybe if you are running subs also.  then, once you have that narrowed down the best you can, check which would be the loudest... you can always turn/tune them down but you can't necessarily make them louder.   Also, check for user reviews on places like crutchfield and even cardomain.com   Thats going to be the only way to get any kind of idea which actually performs the best without actually trying them. I'd say from those, looks like the best all around may be your ACS2035P/ACS2035N... don't know what the difference is between those two really.

also, check out http://www.carstereo.com/rayfes/speaker.cfm   and/or http://www.carstereo.com/help/Articles.cfm?id=50  might have some other tidbits for you

Just get whichever one fits with the wallet the best.  Honestly, if you shouldn't be running them anywhere near the 150hz....That is what the subs/mids should be taking care of.
