Title: cam oiler
Post by: GutlessSupreme on October 12, 2006, 03:12:31 PM
I have my cam oiler almost ready to go in the STE.. the only thing is I'm looking for some kind of nozzle or sprayer to stick on the end of the pipe.

I was looking at these:

But I wouldn't know how much CFM to be looking for. I would assume something as low as .03 or so might be adequate, but I just want to make sure I don't go too big and end up starving the rest of the engine.

That should do fine. Does that thing clear the vally gasket with rods in place?...kinda big. One of thise cats went with a oil pressure sensor copper tube and just crush bent the end and did fine.

wow my old 3.1 would have liked that!

I wiped the cam lobe on cylinder #5 exhaust, which is where that tube looks like its going lol
