Title: Turbo Smokes- Need Solution

My turbo smokes the whole way to work then suddenly stops.    It usually lasts about 10 minutes then clears up.  Other than the vaccum leak i havnt found yet (haha not funny), it still builds boost.  Does anyone know where i can get a rebuild kit or possibly a junk T28 to rebuild?  Will a T28 work good in the TGP?   After i get the BG trans flush done this weekend I'd like to see this car get a bigger turbo and a chip sometime in the future.
