ok well thats good.

has anyone experienced a really bad rich condition with the AZRC code? I burnt a chip for a1990cavalierz24, and he said its crazy rich at 4k. to the point where it just bogs and threw a rich code too?

As soon as the stock code sees boost it will fatten up so heavy that most cases you will see black smoke out the tailpipe. Cool for the diesel guys...but not so good for us. ;)

There is one bolt on. Its not raising rate. You would have to searsh the 60V6 fourms. Can't rember where I raad about it.

Ther are two that I know of. Vortedk and BEGI. There raising rate FPR's.There aftermarket and you have to mount and plumb. Not a big job. I run my Bg at 75# and I havent burned the car up yet.

So with the stock TGP code it is supposed to do this? I am running all stock TGP components (22 lb. injectors, fuel pump, T25 turbo).

Whether it is supposed to do that or not it does. GM designed the chip to severely cool the combustion chamber when under boost. Being sub 10:1 (most likely around 8.5-9.0:1) quenches the heat in the combustion chamber to a point where you lose power. That is why if larger injectors are used you are not really gaining anything with stock or Jeff M generic code on your chip unless you do a considerable amount more like a huge turbo upgrade, top end swap, and exhaust system. Even then you will most likely be rich on stock code.

well that sucks regardless. i don't see why GM would program the chip to make the car run that crappy when going lightly into the accelerator. and there is no way to change this without getting a wideband o2 sensor?
