According to most of the general public, Toyota's and imports in general are perfect. LOL

I disagree- everyone in my family that has ever owned a Toyota has had TONS of electrical problems with em.  Even powertrain stuff- the tranny went out in my granny's 4 runner last week, and she only has 110K on it.  $2000- ouch.  :icon_frown:

It'll differ from POS W-bodies because all that stuff seems to go bad at nearly the same time on those Blazers, Jimmys, etc. from what I've seen.

Man just for you guys i cleaned it again and pics in a few minutes....one catch though

Picture taking in the garage where it STAYS CLEAN!!

supose to snow again tomorrow so it will be dirty again......

Anyway today was productive

-Changed Oil (Mobil 1 Syn)
-Changed Oil In Both Diff's
-Transmission Flush and Filter
-Won A Set Of Front And Rear AVS Light Covers On Ebay

Still have to do the Transfure Case Oil but can't find the right stuff anywhere, Shocks are still original (140k kms) so im getting some new Bilstein's in a few weeks.

Over all im really happy with it especially in the shitty winter weather! one thing i also have to do is upgrade the sound system.......man being stuck with just a plain CD player and stock speakers is killing me.

Happy Dave for the first time since Mid January....woot!

Hey Dave, looks to be fairly clean and in good shape!    I don't know what is in that transfer case right now, its either ATF if its red, or if its blue there is a special fluid from GM especially for transfer cases.  Automatic cases can have either, but its not a good idea to switch them up. Whichever color it is, replace it with the right one.  Its been so long since I've seen the bottle, AutoTrax 2 or something is the blue oil.  I know that shits expensive, and I dont have the pn#.

I like the ZR2 ones better than the standard half ton, the lift and 31x10.5s give them a meaner look too!

Ya Ryan its the blue stuff and thats what im trying to find to replace it with.....its ment for the GM trucks that have the pushbutton 4x4 setups

Or so my dealer told me and looks like where i have to get this stuff from.

Bought some goodies today

AVS (Auto Vent Shade Brand) Bug Deflector
AVS Moonroof Deflector (as the little pop up one that came stock is busted and i don't wanna pay $200 for a new one from the dealer)
AVS Door Sil Protectors
Husky Liner ZR2 Blazer Specific Fender Splash Guards

Looking at a reprogramed PCM from PCMforless.com i have been talking to the owner and comparing notes on tuning and he wants to hook me up with something that will give me a bit more HP, better trans shifting, and some other customizations im keen on.

Anyway im not going to go to crazy with this thing but its fun to customize it none the less...
