I've been doing some reading and thinking lately. My radiator is getting sad and cant find a place to recore the radiator. I was reading through posts and found one where someone found an aluminum radiator with the tranny lines for around 150$. I know its probably too wide, but how about moviing the battery and adding a front mount intercooler? ;) Does this sound like a better idea? I think it does, and will be cheaper than a new radiator... while getting some more performance at the same time.
Any feedback or ideas?
And does anyone have pics of a front mount intercooler setup on a tgp?
Call around to other cities. You can always ship your radiator to be recored. Or, buy another to be recored while you drive yours. I and some others can sell you ones that need to be recored. However, finding the place that recores them is entirely up to you. I highly suggest checking outside your city, and possibly even state. There are some damn good shops out there.

zero32700. There are two good radiator shops on Amherst St. Should be able to get a recore at one of them. Let me know.
