Well,my car is now smoking at idle.I searched some and saw that its either the turbo oil return line or the turbo itself.Can someone tell me where the oil return line is?All links to it in my search are gone.Can i take it off now and be able to tell if its bad?I have emailed kenny about getting his return line if he still sells them.Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.BTW,it seems like my car has the textbook problems of these cars.First its the accumulator,then a bad vac hose,and now this. :laugh:
The oil return line goes from a nipple on the bottom of the turbo to a nipple on the top of the oil pan. It's about 10" long and is made of multiple layers of silicone. The silicone layers seperate and collapse, blocking oil flow back to the oil pan. Oil is then forced past the seals in the turbo, and is burned off in the exhaust.

Buddy, don't feel bad. Mine was a textbook pain in the ass too! Check out the Grinders 18 Rolling Learning Thread in the Problems and Solutions section. Anything that could go wrong with mine, either did or I thought it was...ended up most of my troubles were a bad coil, but I had the smoke too lol.
contact TGPilot for a good price on high quality hose, or go to ATPturbo.com I think and you can find it there. I used silicon on one, hydraulic that came from a Mack truck shop on the other, neither of them have failed as of today, 3 yrs + on both. It's an easy swap when you know what you're looking for. Right under the turbo and goes back to the oil pan, drains back in near the coils. Can't miss it.
