Title: My New winter car
Post by: Prospeeder on June 06, 2007, 10:39:17 PM
Heres my little winter car i just picked up to tinker with. 1984 Mazda 626 LX Touring. Power Locks, windows, cruise, tilt wheel, digital dash, oscilating vents, working A/C, Automatic, no rust, Running and driving for 400$. Needed an alternator and basic maintenence. Im really liking it. Abit sluggish but it will do for a gas saver and a winter car.

I'm also looking for a super econo car like that too. I've been tempted to by a 3cyl Geo. for the long commutes.

Turbo one, hmmm someday, this thing is SLOW, but i like it, good to cruise around in. The cars in amazingly good condition for its age. It has sticker saying it was MING treated, lol, whatever that is, prolly what saved the paint.]

Thanks for the complements, i thought it was a pretty good purchase for 400$ and just needing a 40$ alternator

Definitely not bad for $400, looks really clean for that year model.
