i don't know exactly what section to post this in on this board, so please forgive. i want to see how many people are interested before i waste my time.
i'm swapping a 282 from my 90 ste into my 90 tgp. problem is, when i wrecked my ste this winter, the intermediate shaft bracket cracked. so, there's a local welding and fab shop that fixed the crack. just on a whim, i asked how much it would be to have him make some out of 1/8" steel. i'm being told 50 bucks, and overnight turnaround.
so, given that, is anyone interested? i'd be willing to volunteer my bracket for a template. i'll charge no middle man fees. i think all iw ould need is a buck or two to buy some boxes to ship them in.
