You don't have a lot of choices. Somebody may have one to sell you but I doubt it. Best bet and this is going to hurt is a rebuilt from Prior Mfg. (sp?)There on the net. but be sitting down when you get the price. I think last price was in the mid 700 range. They do have an excellent warrenty. I am on my third from them. Can't say there quality is the best but, where else can you go.
The addy was just posted. Try a searsh for the addy. I forgot it.

IIRC it's closer to $1000 nowadays to get your unit reman'd. It's not a pretty sight thats for sure.
So in 6 or 7 years they have raised the price 100%. Wow! :icon_evil: Just about worth more than the car. Wonder if they still sell the accumulator and the billet rear pump housing seperatly.
I think if I have to replace mine again I'll have a parts car. :icon_sad:

I had a 90 olds cutlass international with a PM III. Worst purchase I ever made. That thing got f'ed up after 3 months and I had to shell out $800 at the time for a rebuild. It still needed a new accumulator. Hence why I did not buy a TGP was the powermaster III alone. I now have a 88 GPSE with 65 k original miles on it. I found a TGP in my local yard a few months back with a rebuilt turbo and rebuilt crossover. Lets just say I have it all in my garage other than the rad (which I sold like an idiot but an getting another) and the pan which I am getting in the mail any day now. Your best bet, convert it to vacuum breaks and be done with it. The PM III is the best.....but only when it works!
i might have a spare one somewhere. My TGP was converted to vacuum brakes, but I think the guy I bought it from said he still had all the PM3 parts somewhere. I'll check next time I'm over there, since I have to pick up a hood and some other odds and ends
