does anyone make clips to hold ev6 injectors to the gm rail?
Not sure I understand your problem unless it's because the slot for the clips is to low on the injector?
I've run into that problem on several injectors. To solve it I juist put another slot in the injector and made sure the bottom o ring didn't go through the manifold.

So what make it full circle if thats what you need. Still dont understand you problem. The last few sets that I have slotted I only slot where needed not all around.
what tool do you suggest for this? dremel
its been leaking
The first time I did it I used an elaborate set up with a dremel thin cut off wheel. From then on I just used a hack saw with an .025 thick blade (makes about a .040 slot) and marked the distance from the top with a try square and a scribe(pencil would work) so they would all be the same. Just use the injector retainer to get the depth of cut. Once you do the first one you will breeze through the others.
