Title: Tape stuck in slot...
Post by: TLOC on September 23, 2007, 05:50:09 PM
Haven't used the cassett plater since I installed the 12 disc changer in '97. The other day my daughter puts in a tape that enables you to listen to her IPOD thru the car stereo. Now the tape is stuck in there, probably from from not being used in forever. Tried everything but no help. Any help from you guys. Thank you in advance...T :icon_mad: :damnit1:

I know when my mom (use still uses cassettes in her 94 Blazer with Delco tape player), get one stuck, she uses a saftey pin or something like that to pry it up and out...probably not good for the player, but that's what she does.

Yea i remeber when one of those got stuck in my TGP. If you do manage to get it out, you must reach in with pliers and pull some arms towards you, or else it still thinks theres a tape in there and disables the radio!
