TGPs are rev limited to 3000 RPMs in park and neutral so you don't blow up the engine

First off Welcome to the TGP world..
Secondly, Yes It would be time...however I think you should give us a better description as to what the symptons are, what mods are done to the car.  At that time, we can give you some more help.  If you just start replacing random parts, you will go broke REAL QUICK!

What are the main issues?  what's been done to it lately?  give us some more detaisl and we can try and help you out!

Just so you know, the stock intake hoses like to suck shut when under boost(this is, if you're still running a stock airbox setup).

which one the one that goes from  the air box to the turbo or the one thats goes to the air box and the to the fender
thanks for the help guys  ;)

The one going from the airbox to the turbo gets sucked shut.  If it feels weak in the midrange to top end power, it could be a leaking crossover... a leaking crossover would cause that also.

yeah that rubber hose fells very soft im guessing if the filter is dirty then it would suck it shut

ok got the intake pipe off and it pulls hard but hitting boost cut also notice that the turbo dose not really want to spin freely at idle but boost real good its spiking to 15 psi what coulds be the problem thank you for your time guys  :icon_cry:

The turbo not really spinning at idle is normal. Sounds like your wastegate line popped off, dont drive the car like that or youll melt the pistons! Get new wastegate lines. Stock boost cut is around 8 psi and dont trust the stock boost gauge with an aftermarket boost controller. good luck

It's pretty normal to hit boost cut if you eliminate the stock airbox on a car that still retains the stock chip programming. This is especially true this time of year with the cool/dense air.

yeah but with the box im only getting 2 psi it dont act like it want to run because the hose get suck shut so how can i fix this problem

Get a K&N filter to install directly on the turbocharger or buy a good used hose from someone here if you want to keep the stock airbox.

but if i do that then im going to be hitting fuel cut aka boost cut when let the turbo run with no filter or intake then it over boost and if i do then im not boosting right and i did check the waste gate and its still moves
