Title: different rad. in tgp
Post by: dogginred90 on March 04, 2008, 03:38:04 PM
Guys I know we have alot of trouble with finding rads. for our car. I was thinking a rad out of a Z24 is close to length only problem is it doesnt have a cap on top it is on the overflow bottle . What if I get that whole setup would it work ok. Just trying to save alot of cash.

I don't understand why you can't take it to your local Radiator shop and have it repaired properly, Like I did. Theres nothing wrong with mine once I had it fix. hell he did the radiator and the intercooler for 82.00 (cheap).

my bottom is all rotted out and where my caps meet the cores are split apart afraid it will be too much to repair. got a donor cavalier and the rad seems to be close in size. going to take the TGP rad to the shop but just exploring options just in case
