I did too. That 1989 is a very early production car. :icon_cool: 1989 VIN = 1g5wp14v6kf293654. 1990 VIN = 1g5wp14v2lf267215.
The 1989 has a EML title(odometer "exceeds mechanical limits") that was issued in 1996. 181,976 does not exceed mechanical limts. It had 257,548 miles on it on 5/7/2003 when it was "serviced."
The 1990 shows no issues listed and the last mileage entry for it was 52,601 in 1995.
I cant get a price out of him, did you?

I didn't ask him for a price. :icon_redface:
heck, I'd buy the cars as a set, if he actually showed pics of "both" of them and had a price! :skep:
I just talked to the guy. both as a set only is kinda cool but IDK about shipping charges.
one has a flawless body but it has a trans leak and a few other things wrond mechanically.
the other one runs perfectly but the paint is bad. what a great pair to get...just put all
the good parts on the better car and use the other for spares. I LOVE IT!!
pretty decent price, but waiting on mileage.
What price did he give ya'? ;)
Still havent gotten one.
he said $3300 for both. I'm going for it as long as I can sell my TSTE in the next week or two.
I figure having an awsomelooking TGP and a complete parts car that also runs for that much is a steal. condiered nobody will sell me there TGPin good condition with zero problems for less than $3000, just for one...
A TGP with zero problems is worth MORE than $3000, that's why lol. Buy one for less than $3000 and see what it costs you to get it back to normal running status...you'll easily eclipse the $3000 price range when you factor in the car and all the work that it needs.
I figured. I'd just like to have "some" money left over after I sell my GTP and get a TGP is all I'm saying.
