With the help of "SPEED" we found some black exhaust wrap and wrapped my crossover pipe and upper and lower intercooler pipes with it, here some pic's:

Hey, looks great! Is it possible to get some more shots of the angle of the BOV on the pipe? TRHere's the same spot I'm having mine mounted, but I don't want to risk the BOV hitting the hood. Any clearance issues?
Also, what did you spend on the wrap? And how much did you use to wrap the pipes?
S P E E D, got me the wrap for $60 for 50 feet, I probably used 20-25 feet, its hard to find in black. No clearance problems with the blow off, here is a picture before I painted it black, let me know if you want more:

If you have any other pictures of it, like a side view of it...so I can see how far tilted back on the pipe the BOV sits. I might not be saying it right, but I know what I mean lol.
I will take some pic's right now, by the way when we took the pipe off to put the BOV on, the pipe had a leak along the seam on the side, we put water in it to find the leak and welded it.
Hope this helps:

Perfect! Thank you,t hat last one was exactly what I had in my mind. Thanks!
dang, I couldn't find black! the regular color is ok though. I only paid $42 though for mine, and used so far about 30 feet, on the crossover, intake pipe, and downpipe.
Ebay you can get the that same wrap 30 feet of it, the silicone spray and 8, ss tie wraps for $50 bucks shipped......thats where I got mine.

Nice. I thought about doing that, but didn't have time. I just used SS hose clamps. They probably don't look as good, but they work just as well
Let us know how that x-over holds up to being wrapped. There was talk here before about not wrapping it so that it doesn't retain more heat and stress it more. For what it's worth, at least one person over on ClubGP with a turbocharged L67 mentioned that they had a crossover cracked due to it being heat wrapped. I'm not sure what material he was using for a crossover, the thickness of it, etc. though...
I didnt do the crossover nearly as well as the others because I also head of this.
