i stopped by this house in Laramie with a nice looking white Turbo STE parked out front. it had been sitting there without moving for a long time with expired tags. of course, i just had to stop and ask about it. nice lady, but the very first thing she said (while smiling) was "nope it's not for sale, that's my baby - only 1000 of them were made" :icon_mrgreen: i told her i used to own one myself and love these cars. she said the car won't go above 40mph because of the crossover pipe is all cracked up. i told her about Kenny's shop down in Colorado Springs and also gave her the URL to this website. anyone know if she registered here? hopefully she can get that car fixed up and start drving it again.
of course, i was hoping she was going to tell me it had major problems and she'd take $500 for it but no dice haha.
