Title: Removing steering wheel
Post by: turby on November 09, 2002, 04:51:19 PM
What size bolts do I need to pull the wheel? I've looked at puller sets but they are all sae. I wasn't sure if these were metric or if everything uses sae sizes.

I hate to say, but I don't know! I just have a selection of bolts  I use in my puller, so I never paid any attention. I think they are standard though if I had to guess.

However, alot of time I can loosen the nut and pull on the wheel while twisting slightly and get it to pop off. But i guess I'm big enough to do that.

Thanks for the reply. You have helped me so much Chris. Especially with the PM III. If there's anything you ever need and I have it, it's yours.
