Title: that box under the passenger seat

whats that ECM looking box under the passenger seat?  i had my carpet up today to put in new shifter/cables and remove car phone wiring and would like to leave out all unnecessary weight - i know back in the day my renault had the ABS computer in the same location,  and my car no longer has the PMIII

good news.

1 step closer to driving the car for the first time.  almost done with the 5 speed swap.
