Hey! Sorry that your seat is bad...even more sorry because it is hard as hell to find a grey leather TGP, let alone one with good seats that is being parted...maybe check some junkyards? I'm not sure if leather was a wide option in 1990 on the SE's, but you might get lucky! Also, to make sure you get the same ribbed pattern on the seat, make sure you buy from a 1990, since 1989 was not ribbed.

91 - 93 GTP's came with light grey leather quite often. Ever think of getting a mint pass. seat, and swapping the skins?
thanx guys, IF the color is the same as in 90+ i would consider a pair of front grey leather form an 89 if it was offered? and YES i am considering swapping from a good passenger seat, if anyone has EITHER front seat i would be interested! not doin sao good with junkyards as they crush alot of these this old and then there is the BROKEN dang windows rotting the interior all to hell!.....Scott

thanx everyone for the help. someone mentioned a TSTE? is that a grand prix or bonneveille or what? another car that would have the things im looking for? he also insists has a radiator for my tgp and all i have to do is measure the thickness? is that more crap sayin he has what i need or do i need to continue my search for a turbo equipped car? OK now i have a guy that has a grand prix FOUR door that has grey leather bucket 20 way power seats in it. hes bein difficult about pics and a little drive for me and i would like to know if the four door grand prixs had the same seats or not? exactly as i have in my tgp?.....Scott
Scott, a few answers for you:
- TSTE is a Turbo STE four door...1000 made.
- Four door GP leather seats are a different design than the coupes.
- No other vehicle, not even the Bonnevilles, have the same design seats as a GP.
- You'll need to find seats from an 88-93, since they changed the seats in 94.
- 88-89 seats are the same design as the rest, but the have flat seat and door panel inserts, whereas 90-93 have a ribbed look. If you want a seat that matches your other seats correctly without looking out of place, you will need a 90-93 seat or seat cover.

there is one at the yard, all leather grey seats in decent shape that is surprisingly still there, the whole interior is still there actually.
rear buckets too, if it was in better shape I would grab it all for a swap, but it's not in the shape I want, but the seats are good enough... located in Utica NY.

well I am probably goin back to the yard tomorrow, I will bring my camera, there is a 91 GP there with a MINT front arrowhead I am gonna get along with the front header panel and bumper reinforcment... I am gettin my bumper painted in a couple weeks so I wanna get the front end as good as I can beofre I get this painted and put on.

I know a guy in Indy that will redo the seats for $500.00 each. He is redoing my interior and it is turning out great just like new headliner for $160.00 door panels are next.
hey dhagen. do u have contact info for this guy redoin the seats? im more interested in the color leather hes doin yer grey leather in? is this an exact match? if i knew i could find an exact match i might just hire it out done. whatever info u have for this guy and leather id# would be fantastic. sorry all havnt been on here in a while~......scot
hasn't done the seats yet that happens this winter, he quoted me $500.00 each for the front seats, back seat look like new. He did my head liner and it looks like a factory job, getting ready in about 3 weeks to take my door panels to him.
