Title: Looking for------- A TD
Post by: TGed on December 09, 2008, 01:02:34 AM
I am putting this out there for someone else, BUT is a serious buyer IF the right legit deal comes through.

Here's what they are looking for:

O M N I      G L H
ANY COLOR
Must be 5 speed (no auto swaps or weird stuff going on)
Must have a VERY clean shell (no rocker rust, no Flintstones style floor boards etc etc)
Interior must be pretty much all there and not scuffed up too bad.
NOT looking for a 16V swap, just a standard 8v (swirl or bathtub style)
The motor can be running or not running, but keep in mind it will be going to MI and if it needs to be trailered the price will bite into that.
If it's missing a fender, hood, bumper, it may be considered.
Modified is fine, but stock unmolested is preferred.
NOT LOOKING for a NON turbocharged model.  ONLY TURBO!!!!
If it's a G L H-S, that is a plus.

If you know of someone selling, have one to sell, or know where one is for a FAIR price (6 GRAND is not FAIR!  That is ridiculously expensive!) let me know with a PM.

I don't know if they will let you look in the for sale section of this site without being registered but there are a few omni/glh/glh-t/glh-s for sale. I was just looking at the pictures of a convertible Lebaron near me.

All of the ones I contacted over there didn't respond and ended up "sounding" fishy.  So here I resort to just putting out the word on a site I frequent.  You never know until you bluntly ask.
