Title: GI: Down pipe group buy
Post by: flybynite on February 14, 2009, 08:25:27 AM
First off I would like to say thanks to the guys awaiting parts from me for being extremely patient.. This year has got started off on the wrong foot due to many factors in my life and unfortunately my TGP is still on the lift needing to be finished.. I have all the parts to get things done, so over the next two weeks I will be making time to get it right.. I have confirmation from a few guys that they would like downpipes, But since this will be a 1 time thing I am posting to see if anybody else wants to get in.. I will be making some for the auto that will be 2.5" and some 3" for the manual guys... All I require to get started will be a deposit for the parts, and upon completion the rest of the payment will be due... Total price with shipping to the lower 48 will be $325 with a $100 deposit to get started.. I will also offer a ceramic coating for an extra $150, that will help keep the under hood temps down... Post up or pm any questions...   Thanks

-Adam

do you need cores?
No thanks, cores will not be needed... I will be using a divided flange so that I can keep the wastegate and turbine wheel flow seperate for at least 18".

The auto 2.5" DP's will clear the PM3 nicely, right?

When do you need initial deposits by?

Couple questions..

In the title what does GI stand for?

Does this just unbolt stock bolt in new or a few tweeks in the exhaust to get it to work?

Any Pictures of the DP?

Will you still be taking names and money to a certain time period while these are being made?

Gauging interest
Yes it will bolt up to the turbo with very minor tweaks if any at all
By the time I have pics, I will be done making them
I will be taking $ till the middle of next week and after that is not likely I will be making any more, unless 5 or more people want them...
