Title: Pilot Bearing??
Post by: meltboy11 on March 09, 2009, 03:27:19 PM
Do the 282s have a pilot bearing, I don't remember seeing one when I took everything apart, but I guess it's possible it fell upon removal and I didn't see it...I also did a search for one on parts sites for both grand prixs, and just to make sure, berettas and cavaliers too, and saw no part listed at all.

My cavalier used one.. 4 cyl, 5 speed. I dont remember the tranny. It was a 93, and was a bitch. That particular tranny was only used for 3-5 months during that production year build.
