A vacuum line seems to be missing, where does it go?

Jay, that port stays open, there is no vacuum line that goes to it. ;)

from the factory theres a little sponge breather that is held over that port by those 2 barbed clips.

Like was said, it vents, its the vent port on the boost controller.
