lol that guys one crack, my TGP with half the miles and in way better shape w/ a real title i got for 2800 bucks.
my tgp must have been one of the more recent cars on ebay, I hope he did not refer to mine.
my interior looks allot better, 2k cheaper. I bet I could through 1k for a paint job and have a better looking car. ;)

In some(most?) states, if you buy a car without proper proof of ownership(no title or bill of sale), you have to go through the process of getting a "bonded" title for it in order to get a tag, insurance, etc. for the car.
